Will Phillips

Shareholder

Will Phillips graduated with a Bachelors degree, Summa Cum Laude from Regis University in Colorado. Thereafter, Will graduated in the top of his class from California Western School of Law receiving his Juris Doctor Cum Laude.

Will’s vision for Sagewood Law Group, PC is grounded in a simple but important belief that thoughtful legal planning can give people peace of mind, protect their loved ones, and help preserve the future they have worked hard to build.

Will’s passion for service began at a young age and his desire continues to guide his practice today. He has seen how the absence of the right legal planning can create unnecessary stress for families at the very worse times of loss or incapacity, and he understands that the best legal planning often happens quietly, before a problem ever arises, so clients can move forward with greater peace of mind.

Will also works with entrepreneurs and business owners who have poured time, energy, and sacrifice into building something of their own. He approaches business and trademark matters with the same care he brings to estate planning, helping clients safeguard the name, structure, and value of what they have worked so hard to create. Whether he is helping with a transaction, a planning document, or a brand protection matter, his goal is the same, to help clients preserve what they have built and prevent avoidable hardship later.

His appreciation for planning is also very personal. As an athlete, avid motorcyclist, and adventure sports enthusiast, Will understands that life can change quickly. That experience has reinforced the importance of having powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and related planning tools in place before they are needed. For him, these protections are not just legal formalities, they are an essential part of caring for the people and businesses that matter most.
